The Challenge

Help Dress For Success Vancouver reach 1,000 women and raise $1,000,000 within 3 years.


My Key Contribution

Innovative design for reaching more women outside of the Metropolitan areas by using methods of direct to consumer marketing.


My Lesson Learned

Narrowly defining a project scope can result in a large missed opportunity. In this case, we needed to spend more time developing funding for the IT part of our solution.

The Audience

C-Suite for Forth Smart.


The Challenge

How should Bee Wallet be differentiated in order to create a sticky e-wallet with one million users and a 50% active users in two years, using a profit-driven revenue model that maintains partnerships and transactional services currently offered?


My Key Contribution

Deep understanding of current competition in e-wallet security functionalities, Thai shopping patterns, and personal financial security beliefs.


My Lesson Learned

Sometimes, clients prefer strategic marketing campaigns over changing their product. A good solution needs to understand where clients are willing to invest their dollars.

The Challenge

How can we empower our customers to recover from a catastrophe?


My Key Contribution

Identifying an opportunity to expand natural disaster relief to include mental health resources.


My Lesson Learned

Stakeholder audience is the most important aspect to presenting. Although the C-suite loved our growth mindset, our key stakeholders (IT directors) wanted to focus on improving Cat Van bandwidth.

A deep understanding of Thai woman’s cosmetic usage throughout her life and room for growth outside of the current target market.


My Lesson Learned

A good solution needs to align with the values of the client. A safe solution for a risk-taking client will not be successful.

How to best develop the IoT skills needed within the organization, how to manage the IoT teams, and how to conduct change management during the IT implementation.


My Lesson Learned

The best way to build rapport with a client is to know your stuff and know their company culture. The client selected us to move forward because we understood their needs and culture better than any other group.

My Lesson Learned

A good solution is just one half of winning over a client. A great presentation is the other half.
